The image reproduced for the personalized item was excellent. However, the doormat is much thinner than I would have liked. I don't think it will hold up over time and is so thin that if it is outside, it will probably blow away with strong winds! Otherwise, the colors and image were good quality.
Bought for myself and two friends and they were all excellent quality! My friend was so happy, she ordered one for her daughter within 2 weeks of receiving ours. The quality of the mat she received was totally different and SO bad that she cannot give it as a housewarming gift and she is in the process of contacting customer service for a solution. Apparently there is now a different manufacturer and the product is terrible. I have seen it. That is why I would not refer any future buyers. Thank you.
