No, AI-generated products are produced exactly as shown in the live preview without any additional review. Please make sure to carefully check all content before completing your order.

Can emojis or other characters be printed?

Unfortunately, emojis, Chinese, Cyrillic, and other special characters cannot be printed. If these are entered, they will appear as blank spaces. Please only use letters from the Latin alphabet.

What should I consider when choosing my photo?

When selecting a photo, make sure it is well-lit (preferably with daylight and no flash) and clear, not blurry. Since we cannot review each order, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of the photo you upload.

We cannot control the actions of shipping carriers and aren't responsible for delivery issues. Please double-check the delivery address when placing your order, which will also be visible in your order and shipping confirmation.
