My breed cannot be found on the product page. What should I do?
We're sorry! We currently offer a selection of over 1,500 different breeds and coat colors, and we're constantly working to expand it. If your pet's breed isn't available yet, we appreciate your patience. Alternatively, we can recommend one of our other products with an image upload option.
Can emojis or other characters be printed?
Unfortunately, emojis, Chinese, Cyrillic, and other special characters cannot be printed. If these are entered, they will appear as blank spaces. Please only use letters from the Latin alphabet.
What should I consider when choosing my photo?
When selecting a photo, make sure it is well-lit (preferably with daylight and no flash) and clear, not blurry. Since we cannot review each order, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of the photo you upload.
My goods couldn't be delivered. What should I do?
We cannot control the actions of shipping carriers and aren't responsible for delivery issues. Please double-check the delivery address when placing your order, which will also be visible in your order and shipping confirmation. If your package is returned, verify the complete delivery address and phone number. We will work to resend your order as soon as possible.
